Blake Lively looks fabulous in the layering white dress with a stack of mono black and white sparkling bracelets and Christian Louboutin studded heels. This is just a very Serena Van der Wooden look that  many GG fans would love to put on! I like the dress with different layers and texture but seems this is not from Anna Sui’s Gossip Girl-inspired collection.
