Emma Watson got a pixie haircut! The actress showed off  her new chic pixie crop in New York , and during the weekend she posted 2 stunning photos with her new hairstyle on her Facebook page , plus writing to her fans:

“Dear all, Cut my hair off a few days ago… Feels incredible. I love it. I’ve wanted to do this for years and years; it’s the most liberating thing ever. Hope you like. Big love from Emma x.”

Currently Emma attained overwhelming feedbacks from her fans about her new hairdo on Facebook, there are total 10,336 comments and  18,578 “likes” on her Facebook wall regarding her pixie haircut posts.

Her brave act of changing her hair style and her pixie look reminds me of Natalie Portman and Sinéad O’Connor, as they are in common with beauty feature and big bright eyes. She puts on a purple leaf shaped headband which is the signature item of bohemian style. Personally I just like the leaf shaped headband because of its purple color but I doubt whether it is a very fabulous boho look in a whole. The former Posh Spice and trendsetter Victoria Beckham reveals her new pixie hair in the Marc Jacobs 2009 Spring Collection during fashion week in New York, she successfully wow the crowd in the fashion show with her short chic pixie hair and it turns out to be the biggest headturner even though celebrities like Victoria’s new BFF Jennifer Lopez, Winona Ryder and Christina Ricci, supermodel Helena Christensen and Kelly Osbourne make their appearance at the New York Fashion Week.

Attention was all drawn on Victoria’s super short pixie hair instead of her clothing – her own designs strapless curve-hugging black sleek dress with a pullover zipper at the back plus gigantic diamond ring as the main accessories. Victoria’s new hairdo is inspired by Audrey Hepburn and Mia Farrow’s look in ‘Rosemary’s Baby. She said she felt it was time looking for a real change. “I wanted to pull my hair back from my face and have always loved the idea of having a gamime crop. I spent a long time looking at the great fashion haircuts of the 90s and went to Garren, the master of those cuts, to create our modern interpretation of this look. I love it!”

Hollywood celebrity blogger Perez Hilton said her new look was “f….ing fierce” and “very sexy, very cutting edge, very hot”.

All I can say about Victoria’s new hair style is “dazzling, sexy and wild! “
