How to dress in the style and fashion of a celebrity

Let’s review the fashion transformation of Blake Lively at the Met Ball over the recent three years.
In 2008, Blake Lively opted for a strapless black Ralph Lauren Fall 2008 gown, to be honest, I think this is one of the worst dressing moment that Blake Lively committed as when I saw the gown, I would only think of Oprah Winfery in it and Blake Lively looked 10 years older.
In 2009, the high slit dress was an hot red carpet fashion wear and young and hot actresses like Blake Lively and Megan Fox were fans of it. Blake ‘s option for the Versace Fall 2009 high slit gown with deep V in font definitely brings out her sexiness on the red carpet.
In 2010, Blake chose her recent favorite red carpet brand Marchesa gown from 2010 Fall collection, but again in same color and hair style as in 2009. I am not sure why she picked the same color and hair style but this time she showed less of her flesh and she looked younger . However, I would prefer another color to surprise us!
So which one would you pick as the best among these 3?

Anne Hathaway wasn’t the only Hollywood beauty who brought stunning drama onthe  red carpet of Met Costume Institute Gala 2o10 ( the Met ball) , Jennifer Lopez was indeed the fashion diva who knocked out the Met ball night!
Lopez was in a stunning grey tulle strapless ball gown from Zuhair Murad Spring 2010, the embellishment with silver sequin leaf prints all over the dress are like the icing on the cake. I would say with just only a simple sleek hair and a Judith Leiber clutch, Jennifer Lopez opted for this Cindarella dress already successfully and effortlessly oozing the red carpet.

Anne Hathaway was glowing on the red carpet of Met Costume Institute Gala ( May 3) in Valentino Pre-fall 2010 gown. It was a modified strapless one and Anne fits perfectly . The sparkling beading tulle gown reminds me of the Anne Hathaway in Princess Dairy, don’t you think so? I like that she kept simple on her hair style and accessories to add a younger touch and carry out fresher style in such an elegant and spectacular gown. Anne Hathaway’s Met Ball 2010 fashion is definitely one of my favorite!

When mother’s day comes, Jessica Alba is definitely on the hot mom list in Hollywood, but to me, she is always on the list of my favorite hot and marvelous red carpet beauty . On the red carpet of Met Costume Institute Gala fashion, Jessica stepped out with everything that fits the idea of fashioning a hollywood star! Jessica Alba opted for a fantastic one shoulder rose silk gown from Sophie Theallet, the french fashion designer and raising star in US. Her look catch the spotlight with her hollywood glam and it’s amazing that Jessica carries that rose color well with healthy tanned skin and style up with a classic wavy hairdo, truly a dress like classic hollywood star style! Fantastic!

Stars at the Met Ball perhaps are as stunning as on the Oscar Red Carpet and surely the Met Ball (Met Costume Institute Gala) is one of the highlights of New York’s fashion and social calendars. This year the Met Costume Institute Gala was hosted with the theme  ”American Woman: Fashioning a National Identity” , and along with a new exhibit focusing on the way fashion contributed to the evolving identity of American women between 1890 and 1940, hosted by Patrick Robinson of The Gap, with co-hosts Oprah Winfery and Anna Wintour.
Stars were all dressed up for this fancy fete and first we have Blake Lively.

Ms Blake was in Marchesa 2010 Fall one shoulder gown with exquisite beading and snaking paisley ruffles details, paired with Christian Louboutin Lili Marlene pumps and an all back hair style.
Usually fashion critics always comment Blake Lively is always showing too much of her body, especially her boots and legs. But this time I like her pick of no dolly and classic red carpet costume and choosing an one shoulder short gown and showing her long legs and representing her lively ans sassy style as one of the young actress in the MET Ball. I would say the outfit is also so Gossip Girl Serena Van Der Woodsen with legs but no cleverage! Love the Louboutin pumps, they rocks the gown!
