Kate Beckinsale and Padma Lakshmi are both smart and talented beauties. When it comes to fashion, both gorgeous ladies seems to have the same kind of choice - A mixture of one-shoulder fashion trend and Grecian Goddess style.

Kate Beckinsale attended ELLE’s Magazine 15th Annual Women In Hollywood Tribute earlier in October, she was stunning in Derek Lam one-shoulder white gown from Derek Lam Spring 2009 collection, and accessorized her goddess look with elegant Jimmy Choo clutch and gold long earrings, creating a very classic Grecian goddess look! While the Indian beauty Padma Lakshmithe showed up in “Keep a Child Alive 5th Annual Black Ball” (November 13) with a slightly different Grecian goddess style! The same thing is she opted a Naeen Khan white one-shoulder gown from Naeen Khan Spring 2009 collection, but matched up the beautiful gown with Indian style jeweled necklace and gold bracelets which add an extra ethic style on the whole outfit! Both gorgeous keep their hair style simple and successfully projected a Grecian goddess image that can take your breath away!

Interesting is that the one-shoulder trend still keep its way to go in Spring 2009 fashion (since summer 2008), but with the mixture of Grecian goddess style and gold accessories as polish can definitely add more femininity to the whole look!

Mischa Barton Style: Dress in Temperley London Military Jackets

Mischa Barton always has something to amaze me with her brilliant fashion style and unique yet trendy fashion statement! I must say among all celebrities I mention her alot on DresslikeStarz, simply because she is a fashion forward celebrity and I admire her boldness in quashing the confining by matching fanciful fashion pieces with popular trendy clothing! From headbands to fringed bohemian, and now luxury bohemian fix with military and goddness Grecian style! You can say she is too over the the top but she definitely has the quality and pretty face to carry those style on and on!

Recently you can find not only her headband and fringed clothing or accessories, Military jackets with distinctive military frogging is one of her staple for 2008 Fall! What’s more is that actually Mischa Barton wore the same military jacket from Temperley London 2008 Autumn/Fall Collection earlier in Oct and Nov,

So Mischa Barton is actually the first celebrity to carry out the military fashion trend of 2008 Fall and later celebs like Beyonce also take up this military trend by wearing Alexander McQueen military tailcoat!

Anyways, as you can see from the pictures above, Mischa opted for a Bohemian Military look with her first appearence in the Temperley London military jacket! She matched this miliarty jackets with hippi heandband, a black skirt with gold embellishment and a pair of lace-up booties. The second time she changed the style and wore a Grecian white and gold dress and sandals to make a contrast with the military jacket! All I can say is that I am expecting another fashion surprise from Mischa Barton that can ‘wow’ us! I will keep on trac…..so please stay tune!

Beyonce Fashion: Alexander McQueen Cloque Leather Jackets 2008 Fall

Once again fashion savvy Beyonce shows her bold and foward fashion sense by wearing the Alexander McQueen miraculous cloque leahter jackets and latex ( or leather) pants at MTV’s “Total Request Live” final TRL, “Total Finale Live.” What I can say about this outfit is “All Leather” and she looks hot like a lady killer! Like her little sister Solange Knowles playing colorful outraging nails, Beyonce perks up the Alexander McQueen Cloque Leather Jackets, latex / leather pants, a black open-toed heels with light blue nails which add a little funky and chic style on the whole leather outfit !

Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen made public appearances again in Los Angeles last week promoting and signing copies of their new book, “Influence” at the Borders Bookstore in Westwood. Last time when the Olsen twins showed up in New York for their book promotion, Ashley Olsen opted for her favorite Kova & T Oxy latex leggings. This time in LA, Ashley showed her affection in Kova & T Oxy again and she wore Kova & T latex high waisted skirt ( $ 209 available in shopbop and Tobi ). How about Mary-Kate? This fashiontastic always amaze us with her pick of footwear! Seems that she is so obsessed with boots and this time Mary-Kate chose a peep toe ankle boots which looks like the one from Alexander Wang 2009 Spring Collection. Though Mary-Kate and Asley have the same idenical looks but they definely have their own unique fashion style! Still showing off her cyber like hand accessories in the performance of “Single Ladies (Put a Ring On It)” to kick off the 2008 World Music Awards in Monte Carlo, Monaco on Sunday (November 9), Beyonce opted for a gold detailing and ornate trims set off slick military cut jacket from Alexander McQueen, perk up with shiny skinny leggings from Temperley London and a strappy golden killer heels to create an ultimate Military rock chic style! I love the way this diva put on and matched fashionable clothings, Beyone clothing and fashion just rocks!!!! And glad that Beyonce still keeps herself shine and glow on the stage!

Talking about sheer lace dresses, we must talk about Gwyneth Paltrow recent appearance at the ” Two Lovers” film premiere in Paris (Click the picture above for larger view). Gwyneth Paltrow is very health conscious and working hard to stay in shapes. We can tell from the premiere night of her new movie as Gwyneth was showing off her great body shape and her stylish fashion sense in the Antonio Berardi sheer lace black and white dress from the Antonio Berardi spring 2009 collection. She paired it with two-toned Rupert Sanderson Kit Kat ankle boots ( $1,100 at Net-A-Porter), Chopard jewelry and a Hugo Boss clutch. She looks amazing and very sexy in that sheer lace dress. Some would comment about her picks of underwear as she should pick those nude colored underwear which matched her skin tone and appears less obvious under the black sheer lace! But I think it’s just a little flaw that actually doesn’t affect the whole fashion forward and sexy hot look on Gwyneth Paltrow! What do you think? Personally I like the mix and match of the sheer lace upper part of the dress with a high wasied black skirt, perk up with long leather gloves, revealing a very feminine and yet chic and stylish sense!

Lauren Conrad was on Late Show with David Letterman last week ( Oct 27 ) and she putted on a simple and stylish outfit: a Alice + Olivia navy wide-leg trousers and Mike & Chris cropped leather jacket, white raffle top, her always favorite Chanel bag and Black Delic Christian Louboutin( Barneys New York ).To make the outfit standout, Lauren picked a studded belt which is the exact same Patricia Field’ s studded belt that Carrie Bradshaw (Sarah Jessica Parker) wore in Sex and the City Movie!!

This is the second time in 2008 that Lauren Conrad showed up in David Letterman’s Late Show. In the show She also talked about her rounded necklace ( designed for charity purpose ), her fashion line and her up-coming plan of publishing books!!! Kim Kardashian keeps her active and busy dressing up for parties this Halloween! Kim Kardashian always stays sexy even in Halloween costume. Surprisingly Kim Krdashian were so amazing in Wonderwoman costume which she opted for attending PAMA’s Halloween Masquerade at Stone Rose in Los Angeles. Then later she glammed up herself from a sexy comics character into a 20’s Flapper at the PUR Jeans party held at STK. Though Kim Kardashian opted for a sexy halloween costumes but not like those scarey outrageous costumes on Heidi Klum, but both Wonderwoman and the 20’s Flapper costumes were so right for Kim Kardashian as she has such a curvy figure as wonderwoman and pretty facial feautre to dress up as sexy 20’s Flapper with red hot lips! I wonder after this Halloween if anyone wants to make a superheroes movie, Kim Kardashian can be considered playing the role as Wonderwoman!
