The tartan and plaid trend keeps appearing on celebrities, but most celebrities like Mary-Kate Olsen, Lauren Conrad, Nicky Hilton and many others just play the tartan/plaid trend on their shirts. How about pants? Trendsetter Kate Moss shows you this year tartan and plaid trend can be presented on your pants too! Kate Moss rocks herself in a Balmain tight tartan pants which matched up with her male friend’s tartan jacket! Actually this is not her first time played style on pants , recently she was spotted a zebra pants on her when she is heading back to her house for her daughter Lila’s birthday.I am not sure the zebra pants is stylish enough for this season, but definitly this time she will get more people to follow this tartan trend as this Balmain tartan pants looks great and the tartan and plaid trend is getting hotter as a trendy item for 2008-2009 Autumn and Fall fashion, not to mention it is easlier to adopt than the zebra print!

Mischa Barton attends the Marlies Dekkers Paris Fashion Show After Party at Le Baron on September 28, 2008 in Paris, France. Mischa gives up her headband boho style and dresses herself up in a rock-chic gothic style in Paris Fashion Week. I think she did it great as she puts on this year hot item black fringed jacket and a studded dress, sprinkle up with skull and studded bracelets, studded belt and a little gigolo hat! I really like the fringed jacket matched up with studded black mini skirt! What do you think? Does this Rock-chic gothic Mischa Barton’s look impress you?
