After a series of black-tie red carpet events in elegant evening gowns, Rihanna returned back to her customary “Rock-chic” fashion style and her boldest fashion statement at Z100’s Annual Jingle Ball Concert at Madison Square Garden in New York City last Friday night.

That night , Rihanna opted for the bad girl image again and pulled off a figure hugging black mini leather single-shouder dress. The special thing about this dress is that it was zipped on the sides and the shoulder parts, perked up with crystal belt and zipped gloves which was left upzipped so that Rihanna can showed off her chic yellow smilie face patterned nails. To complete the rock -chic bad girl style, Rihanna accesorizied with studded earrings, chunky studded black and white bracelet and black ankle booties! The combination of staple single-shoulder style with the smash hit leather element, plus the studded accessories and zipped detials which represents this fall smash hit hard rock and punk style!!!

She performed at the event along with boyfriend Chris Brown, Kanye West, Katy Perry, Ne-Yo, GaGa, David Archuleta and others. See how sweet Rihanna and her  “With You” boyfriend Chris Brown were on the stage.

Lauren Conrad was on Late Show with David Letterman last week ( Oct 27 ) and she putted on a simple and stylish outfit: a Alice + Olivia navy wide-leg trousers and Mike & Chris cropped leather jacket, white raffle top, her always favorite Chanel bag and Black Delic Christian Louboutin( Barneys New York ).To make the outfit standout, Lauren picked a studded belt which is the exact same Patricia Field’ s studded belt that Carrie Bradshaw (Sarah Jessica Parker) wore in Sex and the City Movie!!

This is the second time in 2008 that Lauren Conrad showed up in David Letterman’s Late Show. In the show She also talked about her rounded necklace ( designed for charity purpose ), her fashion line and her up-coming plan of publishing books!!! We already knew that Sarah Jessica Parker is a fashion icon since she played Carrie Bradshaw in Sex and the City! After the show Sarah still keeps her stylish look in every public appearance! This time Sarah Jessica Parker hit the Mobile Art Chanel Contemporary Art Container Opening (October 21) with the latest Chanel 2009 Spring Collection Jacket, a sliver metallic one-shoulder dress (hot color in 09 Spring) and a pair of Chanel two-toned nylons. Sarah Jessica Parker was the chicest Chanel wearer of that night and I love her disheveled asymmetrical look! This time most attentions were not drawn on her shoes but the Chanel two-tone nylons on SJP’s stylish legs! Those Chanel nylons from the Chanel Spring 2009 Collection ($250) were the most standout item on Sara Jessica Parker other than that pretty Chanel Peal Chains Tote ( Avelle ) and even her jeweleries! ( She wore that necklace before in the Sex and the City Movie DVD Launch party! )

Mischa Barton is always edgy and bold in fashion, she always makes herself standout with her hippie boho or rock chic style. However, when it comes to Hervé Léger dress, most celebrities would fall for this sexy second-skin like Hervé Léger dresses, especially its trademark Hervé Léger bandage dress! Mischa is no exception! Mischa Bartons attended the Grand Opening Of Arcade Boutique By Rochelle Gores in Los Angeles (October 23) in a Hervé Léger multi-colored bandage dress. This Hervé Léger bandage dress is in ombre color (graduated from light to dark) and cannot be found in Hervé Léger A/W 08 or Spring 09 fashion show (click the image above for a larger view).

Mischa Barton tried to break the rule of wearing Hervé Léger in an elegant red-carpet way,  she opted her signature rock-chic look by matching the sexy elegant Hervé Léger bandage dress with her vintage studded fringe butterfly bag, a Motorcycle leather jacket, black leather ankle booties and her favorite studded and skull bracelets! I like this ex-ordinary mix and match cos sometimes people would get bored with the standard elegant red-carpet look! She toned it down with rock-chic style! Personally I like her ornaments but she wears them too often over these few months! I think it’s time for Mischa to change her ornaments and accessories! I hope those skull bracelets aren’t her amulet or it’d be quite scary!

Mandy Moore was glow in the Preen black cocktail dress from Preen’s Spring Collection 2009 at the opening of “Vanity Fair Portraits: Photographs 1913-2008″ exhibit at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art. This one-shoulder cocktail dress with cutouts at the ribs and inset with a wide mesh, the match of silk and lace plus a little embellishment creates a very sexy yet glamors and sophisticated look! Mandy’s pick on this Preen dress was such a smart choice as Mandy’s body figure just fitted this dress prefectly, she opted for a plain look by just matching the Preen LBD with a metallic snakeskin clutch and Christian Louboutin satin pumps. Everything on her are just the most trendy items for winter 08 and even spring 09! I love this dress so much as this is a really chic and eye-catchy outfit, a combination of bondage and sheer to create and the mixture sexy wildness and sophistication together. This dress on Mandy is just a “Wow” and she rocks it! No wonder Miss Moore looked so happy and confident that night! I have to say this is the most standout dress in that Vanity Fair opening event and I would vote Mandy Moore as the best-dressed celebrities this week!!!
